Fashion Torture: Not Worth It
Those sleek, sexy stilettos. That huge "to die for" handbag. You just can't live without them, right? They're trendy, fun and fashionable, but they should come with a warning label: "May Be Hazardous to Your Health." High heels elongate the leg and showcase curvy calves, but they can also cause an assortment or problems-- corns, calluses, bunions, even hammer toes. The solution? Moderation. Fierce heels are fabulous every once in a while, but don't make them a daily routine. Mega over-the-shoulder handbags are all the rage, but they can strain muscles in the neck, shoulders and arms. Size isn't the biggest problem. It's what we put inside that's the real culprit. The solution? Carry only what you need, not a week's worth of clutter and month's supply of products. And when it comes to changing your eye color, think twice. Decorative contact lenses don't correct vision, they only change your appearance. Fitted improperly, fashion lenses can impair your vision or cause infection. My advice? Stick with your own, fabulous natural eye color. When you know how to make fashion fun, glamorous and good for you, you'll always have That Certain Something.
