Resolutions: That Certain Something
Still can't pour yourself into your thin jeans? You can keep your bones strong by getting three servings of dairy a day. And don't forget to reward yourself! Go shopping or get a pedicure. Won't it be nice to actually reach your New Year's aims this year? And think, all of that water and dairy will actually help you eat more responsibly.
